血红蛋白变异率对规律血液透析患者长期预后的影响及相关因素分析

摘要

目的：研究血红蛋白变异率对血液透析患者预后的影响，并分析血红蛋白变异率的影响因素。方法选取2010年1月至2015年1月期间368例规律血液透析患者作为研究对象，将患者根据预后分为死亡组（49例）、并发症组（172例）及非并发症组（147例）。比较各组患者的临床资料，分析患者预后与血红蛋白变异率的相关性，并分析血红蛋白变异率的影响因素。结果不同预后患者的血红蛋白变异率具有显著的相关性（ P ﹤0.05）。患者血红蛋白变异率与年龄、血浆总蛋白、透析前血红蛋白水平、促红细胞生成素及铁剂应用具有显著的相关性（ P ﹤0.05）。结论规律性血液透析患者血红蛋白变异率与患者长期预后具有相关性。%Objective To study the influence of hemoglobin variability rate on the prognosis of patients treated with routine dialysis,as well to analyze its relative factors. Methods From January 2010 to January 2015,368 patients were chosen as study objects,and all patients were divided into 3 groups:49 in death group,172 in complication group and 147 in non-complication group,the clinical data of different groups were compared. The correlation of hemoglobin variability rate with prognosis were analyzed and the relative factors of hemoglobin variability rate were analyzed. Results The prognosis of patients demonstrated significant relativity with hemoglobin variability rate( P ﹤0. 05). The hemoglo-bin variability rate had significant relativity with age,total protein,hemoglobin,and the use of Erythropoietin and chalybeate. Conclusion The hemoglobin variability rate of patients treated with routine dialysis has significant relativity with prognosis of patients.
