目的 探讨阿帕替尼结合顺铂治疗结肠癌的临床效果,以及对结肠癌细胞的作用与分子机制.方法 前瞻性选取2016年10月至2017年10月收治的确诊为结肠癌的80例患者,随机数字表法分为两组.研究组采用阿帕替尼与顺铂联合治疗,对照组只采用阿帕替尼进行治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应以及癌细胞的增殖率、凋亡率等指标.结果 研究组的疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);药物浓度越大,细胞抑制率越高,并且不同浓度下,研究组的细胞抑制率均明显高于对照组细胞(P<0.05);两组细胞凋亡率随着时间延长不断增加,并且研究组细胞24 h、48 h、72 h的凋亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 阿帕替尼阿帕替尼结合顺铂治疗结肠癌效果明显,能够有效抑制癌细胞的增殖,诱导癌细胞的凋亡,此外不良反应少,值得临床上推广应用.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of apatinib combined with cisplatin in the treatment of colon cancer and its effect and molecular mechanism on colon cancer cells. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with colon cancer in our hospital from October 2016 to Octo-ber 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with apatinib in combination with cisplatin,and the control group was only treated with cisplatin Apatinib for treatment,and then the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,adverse reactions and cancer cell pro-liferation rate,apoptosis rate and other indicators were compared. Results After the corresponding treatment,the efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). After the treatment of colon cancer cells in both groups,the larger the drug concen-tration,the higher the inhibition rate of the cells,and at different concentrations (P < 0. 05). After treatment with different drugs,the apoptosis rate of both groups increased with time,and the apoptotic rate of the study group at 24 h,48 h,72 h (P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reac-tions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Apatinib combined with cisplatin is ef-fective in treating colon cancer. It can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and induce the apoptosis of cancer cells. In addition,there are few adverse reactions and should be widely used clinically.
