穴位贴敷对哮喘影响的近5年动物实验研究情况分析

摘要

Objective:To review acupoint application used to experimental animals with asthma in the past five years to provide the reference to the experimental study and positive clinical evidence in the future .Methods:Systematicly consult the literature from Jan , 2007 to Jun, 2012 in CNKI.The retrieval items included the key words, and the search words were acupoint application and asthma .Results:Variations were found in terms of animal species , body weight , methods of making the morbid models , composition of the acupoint application , the application of the place and treatment scheme listed in the 23 basic research literatures .The basic resear-ches covered humoral immunity , inflammatory factors, expression of dendritic cells , urine markers, spasm of trachea, biological active factors, transcription factors GATA-3, gene expression of T-bet, etc.Conclusion:The basic research methods and schemes of acupoint application for asthma need further study and standardiza -tion.Practice shows that many research programs have not been involved .In addition,these are only superficial performances .Systematic and standardized researches concerning the effects , effect laws and mechanisms should be strengthened .%目的：以穴位贴敷对哮喘影响为线索，总结近5年该方面动物实验的研究情况，旨在为未来穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的实验研究提供参考，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：系统查阅CNKI提供的2007年1月至2012年6月文献，检索项“关键词”，检索词“穴位贴敷”、“哮喘”。结果：纳入的23篇基础研究文献中，使用动物的种类、动物体重、模型制备方法、贴敷药物组成、贴敷部位和治疗方案等均各有差异；在基础研究方面主要涉及体液免疫、炎症因子、树突状细胞的表达、尿液标记物、气管痉挛、生物活性因子、转录因子GATA-3和T-bet的基因表达等方面。结论：穴位贴敷治疗哮喘基础研究的研究方法和研究方案需规范和商榷；基础研究的很多领域很少涉足，且研究的深度也不够，今后需加强效应、效应规律和机制等方面的系统和规范研究。
