地铁施工班组安全氛围对人因风险传播的SEM研究

         

摘要

为研究地铁施工班组安全氛围对人因风险传播的影响,论文基于相关文献及地铁施工人因风险传播过程,将安全氛围识别为上级监管、安全绩效、人际关系、工友行为和工作环境5个维度.对787名来自陕西、重庆的地铁施工工人进行问卷调查.利用SPSS23.0对量表数据进行信效度分析,并以人员心理状态为中介变量,对意见领袖样本(模型1)和普通工人样本(模型2)分别建立结构方程模型,再利用AMOS23.0得出模型的拟合度及路径系数.结果显示:工友行为、上级监管,对意见领袖人因风险传播影响最为显著;上级监管、安全绩效、人际关系对普通工人人因风险传播影响最为显著;工作环境对人因风险传播影响不显著;人员心理状态对普通工人的中介作用大于对意见领袖的中介作用.%In order to study the effect of group security atmosphere on the spread of human factors risk during the subway construction,this paper recognized group security atmosphere as five dimensions (superior supervision, security performance,interpersonal relationship, workmate behavior, work environment) based on related literature and the process of the spread of human factors risk. Then the questionnaire survey method was adopted to investigate 787 workers(293 opinion leaders and 494 ordinary workers) of some constructions site in Xian and Chongqing,and SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the reliability and efficiency of the data. Then set the psychological state of personnel as intermediary variable to establish SEM for opinion leaders' data(model 1) and ordinary workers' data(model 2), next,used AMOS23.0 to obtain the fitting degree index and path coefficient of SEM. The result shows that workmate behavior and superior supervision have more significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of opinion leaders;superior supervision,security performance and interpersonal relationship have more significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of ordinary workers; work environment have no significant impact on the spread of human factors risk of works;the intermediary role of the psychological state of personnel for ordinary workers is greater than for opinion leaders.
