我国流动儿童法制教育缺失的原因与对策探析

摘要

随着市场经济的高速发展,人口流动成为我国社会发展过程中必然出现的一种现象。流动人口举家迁移趋势的增加必然会带来大规模的流动人口子女。由于环境变化、背景差异等许多原因,流动儿童的法制教育状况十分堪忧。本文从影响流动儿童法制教育的主要因素、重要性以及改善策略等方面对流动儿童法制教育进行探析,以期能够对我国流动儿童教育事业做出一点贡献。%With the rapid development of market economy, population mobility has become an inevitable phenomenon during the China＇s social development process. Floating-family migration trend inevitably leads to increasing mass of children of floating families. Due to changes in the environment, background difference and many other reasons, the legal education of floating children has got bad. This paper focuses on the impact of the main factors of floating children in legal education, importance and improving strategies and other aspects of legal education of floating children, with a view to a little contribution can be made to these Chinese floating children education.
