研究型医院的人才特征及人才培育实践与思考

摘要

The cultivation of talents is a fundamental project in a research-oriented hospital. Correctly understanding the characteristics and energetically promoting the cultivation of research-oriented talents form the core of the construction of a research-oriented hospital. Based on the experience in talent cultivation in Nanjing General Hospital, this article expounds the signiifcance and scientiifc connotation of the concept of cultivating research-oriented talents, analyzes their characteristic thinking and abilities, and discusses the methods of seeking research-oriented talents as by opening a green channel for their recruitment, optimizing the mechanisms for their training, a establishing a scientiifc system for their selection. Meanwhile, it presents an insight into the training, use and inspiring of research-oriented talents and offers some reference on their cultivation as well as on the construction of research-oriented hospitals.%人才队伍建设是研究型医院的基础性工程。准确把握研究型人才特征,大力培育研究型人才,是建设研究型医院的一项核心工作。本文结合医院人才培育实践,阐述了树立研究型人才观的重要性和研究型人才观的科学内涵,分析了研究型人才的思维特征和能力特征,并从畅通研究型人才引进的绿色通道、健全研究型人才培养的保障机制、打造研究型人才选用的科学体系等3个方面探讨了发掘研究型人才的方法。同时,本文还从研究型人才的培养、使用和激励3个角度进行了深入思考,为培育研究型人才、建设研究型医院提供了借鉴和参考。
