Currently developers often use manual programming or automatic code generation technology to develop servo system, which lack guidance of engineering practice. In order to solve this problem, the paper put forward a servo system developing method based on V model. From concept to code realization technology and in the loop testing technology are used to develop servo system in MATLAB & CCS environment. To apply and verify the developing method, a servo system with TMS320F2812 DSP and permanent magnet synchronous motor was developed using Field Oriented Control algorithm. Experimental results showed that this method can improve the efficiency and quality of the servo system and ensure certain software reusability.%目前伺服系统的开发常采用手工编写代码或者自动代码生成技术,开发过程缺少工程实践方法的指导.针对这一问题,提出一套基于V模型的伺服系统开发方法,在MATLAB&CCS环境下使用从概念到代码实现技术和在回路测试技术进行伺服系统的开发.并通过开发使用磁场定向控制算法、TMS320F2812 DSP和永磁同步电机的伺服系统,对该开发方法进行了实践与验证.实验结果表明该方法能提高伺服系统开发效率与质量,保证一定的软件可重用性.
