合作分享型劳动关系构念内涵理论探析

     

摘要

考虑和谐劳动关系相关研究的不足, 借鉴劳资合作理论、分享经济理论及人力资本产权理论, 提出合作分享型劳动关系构念, 并依据劳动关系四分图模型作出界定.分析认为, 合作分享型劳动关系实现了劳资合作与收益分享的有机结合, 符合劳资双方共同创造和分享合作收益的制度追求, 是理论上最理想的和谐劳动关系类型.%In view of insufficient research into harmonious labor relations, this paper, based on labor-capital cooperative theory, economysharing theory and human capital property right theory, proposes the concept of cooperative shared labor relations and defines the concept by the Quadrifid Graph Model of labor relations. This study shows that the cooperative shared labor relations have achieved a combination of labor-capital cooperation and gain-sharing, and are consistent with the system aspirations of the co-creating and gain-sharing of both capital and labor parties. And, theoretically, it is the optimal harmonious type of labor relations.
