考虑层间效应的无砟轨道复合板温度荷载效应计算方法研究

         

摘要

The existing analytical calculation of temperature stresses of ballastless track structures is mostly based on the Winkler elastic beam foundation theory , w here the stresses of all layers are included but the tem-perature gradient between layers is rarely considered . Nowadays , the finite element model is often adopted in studying the temperature loading effect of ballastless tracks ,however ,it is not favourable for engineering de-sign . In this paper , in combination with the existing concrete beams temperature stress calculation method , the new method for calculating warping stresses of ballastless tracks was put forward in consideration of the different inter-layer adhesive effects and temperature gradients . The results calculated with the new method were compared with the results of the finite element model .Comparison showed consistency of stresses and de-formation distributions between the new method and the finite element model , thus verifying the reliability of the new method . Through further discussions , the conditions of the new method applicable to different types of ballastless tracks were also given .%既有无砟轨道结构温度应力解析计算方法,多基于Winkler弹性地基梁理论对无砟轨道各层应力进行分析,而对层间温度梯度不同带来的影响考虑较少。目前无砟轨道温度荷载效应研究多采用有限元方法,不利于工程设计。本文在结合既有混凝土梁温度应力计算方法的基础上,考虑层间黏结效应及层间温度梯度的不同,提出无砟轨道翘曲应力计算新方法。对采用新方法得到的计算结果与有限元模型计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:根据新方法计算得到的应力与变形分布规律和有限元模型计算得到的结果吻合较好,验证了新方法的可靠性。文中还对新方法的应用条件进行了讨论,给出了该方法应用于多种无砟轨道时的适用条件。
