民族文化在幼儿园课程中应用现状的调查与分析--以北川羌族自治县为例

         

摘要

National culture is not only a unique symbol of a nation,but also an important kind of curriculum re-sources. This study is exemplified by Beichuan autonomous county of Qiang nationality. The survey has found out that most of the kindergarten teachers hold a positive attitude towards the curriculum integrated with national culture. Five ma-jor areas of kindergarten education activities and environment creation also continue to reflect the features of national cul-ture. But at the same time,there are also some problems in process of the application of the national culture in the kin-dergarten curriculum,such as the teachersˊ lack of understanding of the connotation of national culture,the insufficient embodiment of the national culture in the kindergarten,the imperfectness of external environment. Therefore,in order to ensure the heritage and application of national culture in the kindergarten curriculum,the education value of national cul-ture should be further gleaned,the teachersˊ multicultural literacy should be enhanced,the best combination of national culture and the kindergarten curriculum should be explored,and the support system of national culture curriculum re-sources should be actively constructed.%民族文化是一个民族的独特标志,也是重要的课程资源。本研究以北川羌族自治县为例,调查发现绝大部分幼儿园教师对民族文化融入课程持肯定态度,幼儿园五大领域教育活动与环境创设等方面也不断体现民族文化特色。但同时,民族文化在幼儿园课程的应用过程中也存有一定问题,如教师缺乏对民族文化内涵的了解、民族文化在幼儿园中体现不够充分、外部支持环境不够健全等。因而,需进一步挖掘民族文化的教育价值,增强教师的多元文化素养,探索民族文化与幼儿园课程的最佳结合点,积极构建民族文化课程资源开发的支持体系,以保证民族文化在幼儿园课程中得以应用和传承。
