安全工程专业毕业要求达成度定量评估--基于跟进式教育理念的视角

         

摘要

Ten graduation requirements for safety engineering major were established according to follow -up edu-cational philosophy and training aims of safety engineering major.Supporting curriculum system was formed based on a number of evaluation indexes of graduation requirements.Through explorations on assessment methods of sup-porting curriculums,weighting factors,calculating methods,evaluation criteria and evaluation cycle,basic data for quantitative assessment of graduation requirements achievements were obtained,which were used to evaluate gradu-ation requirements achievements of safety engineering major.Mechanisms and procedures of evaluations were estab-lished by quantitative assessment of graduation requirements achievements,providing more novel,scientific and ra-tional assessment ideas and methods for cultivation of safety engineering professionals.%研究基于跟进式教育理念,根据安全工程专业人才培养目标,确立了安全工程专业学生应具备的10条毕业要求,对每一毕业要求分解成若干个评估指标点,依此建立了支撑课程体系。对支撑课程考核方式、权重、计算、评估标准、评估周期等的研究探索,形成了毕业要求达成度定量评估的基础数据,对安全工程专业的毕业要求达成度进行了评估实践。通过毕业要求达成度的定量评估,形成了评估的机制与程序,为安全工程专业人才培养提供了一种新的较为科学、合理的评估思路与方法。
