正畸力对炎症牙周组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1表达的影响

Objective:We compared and analyzed what effect will IGF-Ⅰ have on periodontal tissue remodeling between the tooth movement in rats with periodontitis and normal.Methods:Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group and periodontitis tooth movement group with 1 day,3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days and control group.Moved first molar,measured the distance of teethmovement and made immunohistochemical stain analysis.Results:In a given period of time,distance of tooth movement in periodontitis rats was farther than in normal group;IGF-Ⅰ in normal tooth movement group were higher than periodontitis tooth movement group,Content of IGF-Ⅰ in the pressure side and tension side are associated with periodontal tissue status and different orthodontic force time.Conclusion:Since the presence of chronic in-flammatory,the expression of IGF-Ⅰ decreased significantly in periodontitis toothmovement group.In order to get more rapid and efficient orthodontic treatment,we should make applications of IGF-Ⅰ regulation to periodontal ligament cells and accelerate periodontal tissue remodeling in the end.%目的：：对比分析 IGF-Ⅰ对炎症和健康正畸牙移动牙周组织改建的影响。方法：72只 wistar大鼠随机分为炎症牙移动和健康牙移动1、3、7、14、21 d 组及对照组，近中移动各组大鼠上颌第一磨牙，分别测量各组大鼠牙齿移动距离并进行 IGF-Ⅰ免疫组化染色分析。结果：在相同的牙移动时间内，炎症组大鼠牙移动距离大于健康组；健康牙移动组的 IGF-Ⅰ含量高于炎症牙移动组，压力侧和张力侧的 IGF-Ⅰ含量都与牙周组织状态和加力时间相关。结论：由于慢性炎症环境的存在，炎症牙移动组 IGF-Ⅰ表达水平明显降低。为了获得快速有效的正畸治疗效果，可通过局部应用 IGF-Ⅰ调节牙周细胞活性，加速牙周组织改建。
