实施文化素质教育提高人才培养质量——以常熟理工学院为例

推进素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题，文化素质教育是一种教育思想，更是新时期全面贯彻党的教育方针的一种伟大实践。实施文化素质教育，应当突出教学主阵地，并在日常管理和课外活动中加以体现。%　　Promoting quality education is a strategic theme of the development of educational reform, while cultural quality education is a kind of educational thought as well as a great practice to fully implement our Party’s educa⁃tional policy. The implementation of cultural quality education should highlight teaching and should also be embod⁃ied in the daily management and extracurricular activities as well.
