基于幼儿教师专业标准的教师培养“全实践”模式探索

         

摘要

The reform and innovation of cultivation model of professional teachers are the keys to improving the quality of personnel training and running a normal school feature. Following the early childhood teacher standards, School of Education of Nanyang Institute of Technology explores a“full practice”pattern to train preschool teach-ers. This paper explains some details about the“full practice”pattern, such as the background, definition, princi-ples and the practice-reflection notion including“putting theory into practice,”“drawing notion from practice”and“normalizing the reflection.”The aim of this paper is to overcome the divorce of practice from education theory, to change the traditional enclosed teacher training pattern, to explore a method to improve the teaching standards and practice abilities of normal students, and to find a preschool teacher training pattern, which integrates theory with practice.%教师教育人才培养模式的改革与创新,是提高人才培养质量、办出师范特色的关键。南阳理工学院教育学院按照《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的要求,秉承优势,探索了幼儿教师培养“全实践”模式。本文阐述了教师培养“全实践”模式的背景、界定、意义以及“理论的实践化”、“实践的理念化”、“反思的常态化”的渗透式教师培养“全实践”模式的实践-反思价值取向理念,以期克服教师教育理论与实践割裂的弊端,改变传统封闭型的理智取向教师培养模式,为提高师范生的教育水平和实践能力探索有效途径,走出一条理论与实践有机融合的幼儿教师培养之路。
