高职院校专业教师兼任辅导员的实践与启示

通过对兼任辅导员工作的回顾，结合自身经验，对辅导员应具备的重要素质、专业教师兼任辅导员的工作方法提出了一些启示。%By reviewing the work as a full-time teacher and part-time counselor,important quali-ties a counselor must have and working methods of a full-time teacher and part-time counselor are summarized.
