以新疆地区的6所高校少数民族大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用分层整群抽样、数理统计的方法。得出新疆少数民族大学生就业能力的结构维度。包括专业知识能力、实践能力、自我学习发展能力、人际交往能力、情绪调适能力、职业发展能力。新疆少数民族大学生就业能力六个维度的确定,有助于我们有针对性地开展就业指导工作,促进更高质量的就业。%Using the empirical analysis method, mathematical statistics method, and the sampling layer and group method, we study students in six universities in Xinjiang by using questionnaires to find the structure and dimension of the employability of minority students in Xinjiang, including: professional knowledge ability, practical ability, the development and self-learning ability, interpersonal skills, emotion regulation, career development skills. The theory of these six ablities can help us carry out targeted guidance for employment to promote high quality employment.
