新疆少数民族大学生就业能力的实证研究

         

摘要

Questionnaire surveys of students from six Xinj iang based universities reveal that minority college students show significant difference in their employability owing to their political affiliation, the grade they are in,their performance in Chinese proficiency test and the fact that some are student leaders and others are not,etc.To improve the employability of minority college students in Xinj iang, efforts must be made to enhance the function of bilingual learning,exert the exemplary role of student Party members and student leaders,help students uplift their practical skills and develop a strong awareness of professional development.%以新疆地区的6所高校少数民族大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,发现新疆少数民族大学生的总体就业能力在政治面貌、是否担任学生干部、年级、汉语水平考试能力等方面均有显著性差异,可通过强化双语学习的引领作用、党员学生干部传帮带、提升实践能力、培养职业发展意识等措施提升新疆少数民族大学生的就业能力。
