转型视域下教师教育人才培养模式改革研究--基于毕节彝族教师教育人才培养的思考

     

摘要

转型视域下,教师教育人才培养模式需改变现状适应新常态。毕节是少数民族聚居地,彝族教师素质高低与彝族教师教育质量密切相关。在转型视域下,毕节未来彝族教师教育人才培养需增强民族共同体意识,根据教师教育改革发展趋势,增加彝族跨文化教育课程内容,强化彝族教师教育实践环节,构建培养主体多元化、职前培养和职后培训一体化的模式,为彝族聚居区提供优质师资支持。%At the transformation stage, in order to adapt to the new situation, the mode of teacher edu-cation and personnel training need to be changed. Bijie is a minority settlement especially for Yi people. Yi teachers' quality is closely related to their education and training. At the transformation stage, Bijie Yi teacher’ s education and training firstly need to strengthen the consciousness of ethnic community. Secondly, accord-ing to the trend of teacher education reform, increase the Yi cross-cultural education curriculum content, strengthen the Yi teacher education practice. Lastly, build a pattern of diversification of training subjects and integration of pre-service training and after training. By doing these, it is possible to provide high-quality teachers for Yi areas.
