转型期地方高师院校教师教育人才培养模式改革探析

During the transitional period, the reform of personnel training models for teacher education in local normal universities must be enforced. ＂To emphasize the training of teaching capability＂ shall be the breakthrough point of the reforming strategies, which can be realized by clarifying training obiects, broadening training specifications, reorganizing curriculum structures, innovating teaching methods, reforming evaluation systems and so on.%转型期，地方高师院校教师教育人才培养模式改革势在必行。将“强化教学能力训练”作为地方高师院校教师教育人才培养模式改革策略选择的切入点，通过明确培养目标、拓宽培养口径、重组课程结构、革新教学方法、改革评价机制等策略，实现改革目标。
