膀胱移行细胞癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(bladder transitional cell cancinoma,BTCC)组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2(S-phase kinase associated protein 2,Skp2)的表达与临床病理的关系.方法 用免疫组织化学S-P法检测63例BTCC和15例正常膀胱组织中Skp2的表达情况.结果 Skp2在BTCC和正常膀胱组织中的阳性率分别为47.6%和6.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).Skp2阳性率在膀胱肿瘤病理分级和临床分期中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 Skp2可能参与BTCC的发生、发展,检测Skp2的阳性率有助于BTCC的诊断、恶性程度及预后判断.%Objective:To investigate the expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2) and their association with clinical pathological characteristics in bladder transitional cell cancinoma ( BTCC ). Methods: Skp2 protein was examined by immunohistochemical S-P staining method in 63 cases of BTCC and 15 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results :The positive rate of Skp2 in BTCC and normal bladder urothelial tissue were 47. 6% and 6. 7% , respectively, there was significant difference (P < 0. 01). The expression level of Skp2 in BTCC was positively correlated with tumor grade and clinical stage ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions: Skp2 expression might play an important role in the development and progression of BTCC, and the examination of Skp2 expression might be a guide for diagnosis and a determinant of malignancy and prognosis of BTCC.
