目的：探讨垂体腺瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2和β-连环蛋白的表达与其侵袭性的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测83例垂体腺瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2和β-连环蛋白的表达，并分析两者与垂体腺瘤侵袭性之间的关系。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达显著高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤（P＜0.05），而β-连环蛋白显著低于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤（P＜0.05）；垂体腺瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2和β-连环蛋白的表达呈负相关（ r=-0.637，P＜0.05）。结论垂体腺瘤组织中存在基质金属蛋白酶-2和β-连环蛋白的异常表达，其表达水平检测可用于垂体腺瘤侵袭性的评估。%Objective Toinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenmatrixmetalloproteinase-2andβ-cateninandinva-sivenessofpituitaryadenomas.Methods ⅠmmunohistochemicalS-Pmethodwasusedtodetectthematrixmetallo-proteinase-2 andβ-catenin in the 83 patients with pituitary adenomas,and the correlation between matrix metallopro-teinase-2andβ-cateninandinvasivenessofpituitaryadenomaswereanalyzed.Results Theexpressionofmatrix metalloproteinase-2 of the invasive pituitary adenomas was higher than that of the non-invasive pituitary adenomas (P<0. 05);the expression of β-catenin of the invasive pituitary adenomas was lower than that of the non-invasive pituitary adenomas(P<0. 05). There was the negative correlation between matrix metalloproteinase-2 and β-cate-nininthepituitaryadenomas(r=-0.637,P<0.05).Conclusion Theabnormalexpressionsofmatrixmetallo-proteinase-2 andβ-catenin are observed in the pituitary adenomas,and the detection of them can be used to ealuate the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas.
