高校科研活动同质化问题探析

摘要

近年来,我国高校科研得到快速发展,但是,不同类型高校在科学研究的基础研究、应用研究和开发研究中表现出同质化的趋势,各类高校不仅获得基础研究的经费基本相同,而且来自企业委托的科研经费也非常接近.这种同质化发展趋势,既造成高校科研资源的浪费,又严重制约了高校科研质量的提升和人才培养质量的提高.针对此种情况,高校及相关管理部门应进一步推进高校分类管理,促进地方本科院校转型发展;改革科研资助模式,促进各类高校科研特色化发展;改革科研考核方式,实施高校科研分类评价,促进高校科研活动走出同质化的误区.%In recent years,scientific research has developed rapidly in colleges.However,different types of colleges show a tendency of homogenization in basic research,applied research and development research.Colleges not only have the same funds for basic research,but also have similar funds for scientific research entrusted by enterprises.This tendency of homogeneous development not only wastes scientific research resources,but also seriously restricts the improvement of scientific research quality and personnel training quality.We should further promote the classified management of colleges and promote the transformation development of local undergraduate colleges;We should reform the funding pattern of the scientific research to promote the special development of scientific research in various colleges;We should reform the assessment methods of scientific research,implement the classified evaluation of scientific research in colleges to promote the scientific research activities to get out of the misunderstanding of homogenization.
