PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plasticization simulation device and method capable of accurately calculating plasticization capability even with a double flight screw type plasticizer device as a target, and a program of the same.SOLUTION: A plasticization simulation device includes: an acquisition unit 101 which acquires a parameter including resin physical properties, an operation condition, and constitution data of the plasticization device having data of sub-flight, and initial plasticization capability; and an analysis unit 102 which calculates a physical amount including a melting amount based on the initial plasticization capability, the parameter, a mass conservation equation, and an energy conservation equation, calculates the melting amount using a first time increment in a first state where a solid bed height is within a cylinder height or a second time increment obtained by dividing the first time increment by a predetermined value in a second state where the solid bed height exceeds the cylinder height, calculates the maximum flow rate being the melting amount per unit time of a resin material based on the melting amount, and calculates plasticization capability using three-dimensional flow calculation based on the parameter, the physical amount, and the maximum flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
