西部民族地区中小学教师职业倦怠的影响因素

摘要

The paper is treating the empirical research as the main part ,using methods of questionnaire to analysis influence factors of occupation burnout of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Q minority .The results show that the top three of the influence factors of occupation burnout are occupation pressure ,social pressure and professional development pressure.%文章以实证研究为主体，采用问卷法对西部 Q 省民族地区中小学教师职业倦怠影响因素进行调查分析，结果表明在影响因素上，职业本身压力、社会压力和专业成长压力位列前三甲，成为教师职业倦怠的三大影响因素。
