The paper is treating the empirical research as the main part ,using methods of questionnaire to analysis influence factors of occupation burnout of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Q minority .The results show that the top three of the influence factors of occupation burnout are occupation pressure ,social pressure and professional development pressure.%文章以实证研究为主体,采用问卷法对西部 Q 省民族地区中小学教师职业倦怠影响因素进行调查分析,结果表明在影响因素上,职业本身压力、社会压力和专业成长压力位列前三甲,成为教师职业倦怠的三大影响因素。
