Marx’ s concept of ideology has its double senses of negativity and neutralization .Correspondingly, his theory of ideology has its dual dimensions: a critical one to the Bourgeois ideology and a constructive one to the scientific proletariat ideolo-gy, both forming a coherent unity.It is significant for China’s promotion of the socialist ideological construction to comprehensive-ly grasp the dual dimensions of Marx’s theory of ideology.%马克思的“意识形态”概念兼具“否定性”和“中性化”的双重意涵。与之相对应，马克思的意识形态理论蕴含着双重向度，即对资产阶级意识形态的批判向度和对无产阶级的科学意识形态的建构向度，二者是内在统一的。全面把握马克思意识形态理论的双重向度，对于当代中国推进社会主义意识形态建设具有重要价值。
