浅析高职院校学生管理工作中的'五种关系'和'三个引导'

     

摘要

随着高等职业教育的改革与发展,高职院校学生管理工作呈现出较多矛盾和问题.辅导员要坚持唯物辩证法,创新学生管理工作模式,在学生管理工作中处理好与学生群体、专业教师、班主任以及学生家长等之间的互动关系,引导高职学生群体以家庭责任、社会责任和自我责任为学习动力,解决高职学生群体的责任教育回归问题.%With the reform and development of higher vocational education, counselors' student management in higher vocational college presents many contradictions and problems.What a counselor has to do is to adhere to materialist dialectics and to innovate the work pattern of student management.In the student management, counselors need to address the relations between instructors and student management, student groups, professional teachers, head teachers and students' parents, guiding students to regard family responsibility, social responsibility and self-responsibility as studying motivation, as well as solving the problems of responsibility education.
