经济法课程教学与管理中的“破”与“立”

摘要

经济法是经管类专业本科学生必修课程,要破除传统的经济法教学和管理中的一些弊端,重新构建符合经管类专业特色的经济法教学体系,建立符合教学内容要求的方法与手段,并充分调动教学管理部门以及任课教师教学管理的积极性,构建高效的教学管理制度。%The course Economic Law is a required one for undergraduate students of economic management speciality.It is necessary to break through some disadvantages existed in the traditional teaching and administration of the course Economic Law,rebuild the teaching systems matched with the speciality characteristics,choose the methods and means adaptable to the teaching contents and requirements,and mobilize the enthusiasm of teaching administrative departments and teachers participating the teaching administration for the construction of those efficient teaching administrative systems.
