In the recent years the accidents in the lawsuit of news increase continuingly caused by the infrigement in the news reports and the legal rights are occassionaly violated of ,some media and journalists who are supposed properly to master the jurisdiction in the news infrigement and carry on the news reports on the basis of the self-conscious obidance of the legal norms.%近年来。因新闻报道引起侵权而导致的新闻诉讼不断增加,一些媒体和新闻工作者的合法权益也时常受到侵害。新闻工作者要正确把握新闻侵权的司法内容,在自觉遵守法律规范的基础上开展新闻报道工作。
