基于PA-LV的领导方式对矿工不安全行为影响研究

摘要

This paper focuses on the influence of the style of leadership on miners’ unsafe behavior. Through lit-erature review and on-site investigation, the paper finds that innovative leadership and transactional leadership mainly exhibit seven leadership styles and miner’ s unsafe behavior may be put into two major categories. Using SPSS17. 0 and PA-LV method, leadership style as external latent variables, miners’ unsafe behavior as inter-nal latent variables, the path of influence of the style of leadership on miners’ unsafe behavior is constructed and the mechanism of each path is revealed. According to the test results of each path, a new way of thinking from the perspective of the managers is put forward for the miners’ unsafe behavior management .%围绕领导方式和矿工不安全行为的内涵，通过文献梳理和实地调研，探析出变革型领导与交易型领导主要包含7种领导方式，矿工不安全行为主要包含2种方式。运用SPSS17.0和PA-LV方法，以领导方式为外在潜变量，矿工不安全行为为内在潜变量，构建领导方式对矿工不安全行为的作用路径，并揭示各路径作用机理。根据各路径检验结果，从领导方式全新视角为矿工不安全行为管理提出新思路。
