重庆地票制度相关问题解决路径研究

摘要

Based on the research achievements on ticket system, the paper expounds its concept, discusses our present land system and ticket system, exposes the problems in the ticket system of Chongqing, and at last proposes some suggestions to promote and improve the ticket system and strengthen land utilization from the registration and seizure of ticket price, quantity and quality guarantee of reclaimed lands, secondary market, and formation of ticket price.%在借鉴对地票制度研究成果基础上,阐明地票的概念,探讨了我国现行土地制度和地票制度,剖析了重庆地票制度存在的问题,从地票的登记与扣押、复垦耕地质量和数量保障、地票的二级市场、地票价格的形成等提出促进和完善地票制度和加强土地利用的建议.
