[Objective] To determine the residues of 9 organochlorine pesticides in RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE by GC. [Methods] The test samples were ultrasonically extracted with petroleum ether, and sulfonated by concentrated sulfuric acid then determined by GC. [ Result] The average recovery rate of pesticides was in the range of 86. 15% - 102. 12% with RSD of 0.78 -4.98, and LOD of 0.000 125 -0.000 689 μg/ml. [Conclusion] Compared with the traditional method, GC is more sensitive, accurate and favorable for the detection of organochlorine pesticides residues.%[目的]建立测定甘草中有机氯农药残留量的新方法.[方法]甘草样品采用石油醚超声提取,经浓硫酸磺化后用毛细管柱气相色谱法(GC)测定.[结果]GC对甘草中有机氯农药的最低检出限为0.000125~0.000689 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.78%~4.98%,回收率86.15%~102.12%.所测甘草样品只检测到γ-六六六残留,残留量为0.001 mg/kg.[结论]与传统方法相比较,GC具有更高的灵敏度和准确度,更适合于有机氯农残检测.
