FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and specifically to a method for quantitative determination of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in internal organs and human tissues. For this purpose organochlorine compounds are extracted by n-hexane from ground sample with further co-extractive substances cleaning with concentrated sulfuric acid. Obtained extract concentrate is subjected to adsorptive purification and separation of organochloride compounds by normal-phase column chromatography, using magnesium silicate with fraction of 100–200 mesh, activated at 675 °C. Columns are successively washed first with nonpolar and then polarized eluent. Polarized eluent used is mixture of n-hexane : dichloromethane = 2:3.;EFFECT: invention increases sensitivity of the method for quantitative determination α-, β-, γ-, δ-hexahlorocyclohexane, 2,4- and 4,4-dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, 2,4- and 4,4-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane, 2,4- and 4,4-dichlorodiphenylethylene, dieldrin, endrin in human organs and tissues.;3 cl, 1 tbl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
