QUICK METHOD FOR DETERMINING ORGANOMETALLIC COMPOUNDS IN ULTRA-TRACES, FROM SOIL SAMPLES, BY ULTRASONIC EXTRACTION-HEADSPACE-SOLID PHASE MICROEXTRACTION AND GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY COUPLED WITH MASS SPECTROMETRY (): SURFACE WATER, SOIL, AIR, VEGETATION
The invention relates to an analytical method for determining organometallic compounds of mercury, tin and lead in ultra-traces. According to the invention, the method consists of ultrasonic extraction for 10...30 min, at a temperature of 30...80°C, coupled with headspace extraction techniques, at an incubation temperature of 40...65°C and solid-phase microextraction, followed by gas-chromatographic analysis coupled with mass spectrometry, by which the nine organometallic analytes of mercury, tin and lead are determined.
