开放式教学与管理在遗传学实验教学中的应用

介绍了开放式教学与管理的概念,从教学内容的取舍,实验项目及其内容结构的安排,实验考核指标体系的建立几方面,阐述了开放式教学与管理在遗传学实验教学中的应用情况.应用效果评价表明,开放式教学与管理能够提高遗传学实验教学的教学质量,提升教师的素质.%The paper introduces the concept of open teaching and management, and then elaborates its application in genetics experiment education from the selection of teaching content, arrangement of experiment items and content structure as well as the construction of the experiment assessment index system. As indicated by the assessment results of the application effect, open teaching and management can improve the teaching reform and teacher quality of genetics experiment education.
