海带岩藻多糖PFS-2抗氧化活性的研究

摘要

[目的] 研究海带岩藻多糖PFS-2抗氧化活性.[方法]以Vc为对照,采用分光光度法研究海带岩藻多糖对自由基的清除作用及还原能力.[结果] PFS-2对DPPH 自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基均县有一定的清除能力,且清除效果随着溶液浓度的增大而增强,但清除率低于Vc.PFS-2 对羟自由基的清除效果较明显,最大清除率可达89.66%.[结论] 该研究为海带岩藻多糖PFS-2药物及功能性食品开发提供了科学依据.%[ Objective] The aim was to study the antioxidative activity of fucoidin PFS-2 from Lam/nar/a japonica. [ Method] With Vc as control ,the spectrophotometry was adopted to study the radical scavenging effect and reducing capacity of fucoidin PFS-2. [ Result] PFS-2 had certain scavenging effects on DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion radicals,and the scavenging efficiency strengthened with the enlarging solution coneentration,the scavenging effect of PFS-2 was lower than that of Vc. PFS-2 had significant scavenging effect on hydroxyl with the maximum scavenging rate of 89.66％. [ Conclusion] The study provided scientificbasis for developing PFS-2 medicines and functional food from Laminariajapon/ca.
