甘草总黄酮提取方法的对比及工艺优化

     

摘要

[ Objective] To comparatively determine the extraction methods for total flavonoids form RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE, and to optimize the extraction conditions for the optimum extraction method. [ Method ] The effects of accelerated solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, heat reflux extraction and warm soaking extraction on yield of total flavonoids from RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE were investigated, and the extraction conditions of accelerated solvent extraction were optimized. [ Result ] The accelerated solvent extraction showed the best extraction efficiency in comparison with ultrasonic extraction, heat reflux extraction and warm soaking extraction, and its optimum extraction processes were: 7 min of extraction duration, 110 ℃ of extraction temperature, one time of extraction time and extraction solvent of 70% ethanol.[ Conclusion] The optimal extraction method with optimum extraction conditions for total fiavonoids form RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE is obtained in this study, which provides an effective and rapid method for the extraction of total flavonoids from RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE.%[目的]比较不同提取方法提取甘草(RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE)总黄酮的提取效率,并对最优方法的提取工艺进行优化.[方法]比较了快速溶剂萃取法、超声法、回流提取法和温浸提取法对甘草中总黄酮提取效率的影响,并通过正交试验优化快速溶剂萃取法的提取工艺.[结果]快速溶剂萃取法优于回流提取法、超声提取法和温浸提取法;快速溶剂萃取法提取甘草中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:提取时间为7 min,提取温度为110℃,提取次数为1次,乙醇浓度为70%.[结论]该试验得到提取甘草总黄酮的较优化方法,并优化了其提取工艺,为甘草总黄酮的提取提供了一种快速高效的方法.
