[ Objective] To detect the content cif total flavonoids in flowers and leaves of Lonicera confusa ( Lonicerae Flos); [ Method] UV-Visrnspectropholometry wast used to delect the total flavonoids contents in /. confuse leaves and flowers. With the total flavonoids rate as the index,rnconditions affecting the extraction rate of total flavonoids were preliminarily discussed. [ Result ] The optimal extraction condition for total fla-rnvonoids was as follows; 60 min extraction time, 1: 30 solid-liquid ratio, and 70% ethanol concentration. The contents of total flavonoids in Lrnconfuse flowers and leaves were 5.655% and 3.459% , respectively. [ Conclusion] L confuse flowers and leaves were relatively rich in totalrnflavonoids, which had great utilization value for Caprifoliaceae resources in southern China.%[目的]测定华南忍冬的花(山银花)及其叶中总黄酮的含量.[方法]采用紫外-可见分光光度法对华南忍冬的花及其叶中总黄酮的含量进行研究,并以总黄酮得率为考察指标,对影响总黄酮提取率的条件进行初步探讨.[结果]山银花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间为60 min;料液比为1:30(g/ml,W/V,下同;乙醇浓度为70%.海南产华南忍冬花及其叶中总黄酮的含量分别为5.655%和3.459%.[结论]华南忍冬花及叶中总黄酮含量较丰富,对华南恶冬资源综合利用价值较大.
