PBL法在食品试验设计与数理统计课程教学中的创新与实践

     

摘要

针对食品试验设计与数理统计课程,将该课程教学过程中存在的问题总结为教学内容陈旧、知识范围狭窄、教学重理论轻实践、教学方式单一.结合PBL教学法,在对比PBL和LBL教学法的基础上,探讨了PBL教学法在食品试验设计与数理统计课程中的应用,具体介绍了实施准备、资料收集、课内汇报,以及评价、总结、反思流程的内容,旨在培养学生自主分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高学生独立思考和团队合作意识.%In the light of course of food experiment design and mathematical statistics,the problems existing in the course of teaching are summarized as old teaching content,narrow knowledge scope,heavy teaching,light theory and simple teaching method.In combination with PBL teaching method,and on the basis of contrasting PBL and LBL teaching methods,the application of PBL teaching method in the course of Food Experiment Design and Mathematical Statistics is discussed,which introduces the contents of preparation,data collection,report in class and evaluation,summary and reflection process.The purpose is to cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems independently,and to raise their awareness of independent thinking and teamwork.
