[目的]分析杜仲和杜仲叶中的挥发性成分,比较这2种药材中挥发性成分的异同.[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对杜仲和杜仲叶中的挥发性成分进行分析.[结果]从杜仲叶中分离出40种化学成分,鉴定出19种化学成分,占挥发性成分总量的94.72％;从杜仲中共分离出39种化学成分,鉴定出13种化学成分,占挥发性成分总量的96.83％.杜仲和杜仲叶2种药材含量最高的挥发性成分都为壬醛,含量分别为17.47％、13.53％.[结论]杜仲与杜仲叶中挥发性成分在种类和含量上存在较大差异.%[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the volatile components from bark and leaf of Eucommia ulmoides,and compare the similarities and differences of these two volatile components of herbs.[Methods]The volatile components of bark and leaf of Eucommia ulmoides were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro extraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[Results]40 kinds of chemical components were isolated from Eucommia ulmoides leaves,19 kinds of chemical components were identified,accounting for 94.72％ of the total volatile components;39 kinds of chemical constituents were isolated from Eucommia ulmoides bark and 13 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 96.83％ of the total volatile components.The volatile components with the highest contents of the two herbs were nonanal,with contents of 17.47％ and 13.53％ respectively.[Conclusion] The volatile components of bark and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was a big difference in the type and content.
