杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量与相对分子质量的动态变化

         

摘要

In order to provide theoretical basis for development and utilization of gutta-percha, change laws of content and relative molecular mass of gutta-percha in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv leaf were researched under leaf-oriented tree model The results showed that content of gum in Eucommia leaf was increased gradually from June to October.The lowest of which was 2.71 % in June, and the highest was 3.95% in October.The higher relative molecular mass of gum was an increasing trend.The lowest of which was 8.65× 104 in June, and the highest was 27.88× 104 in October.The lower molecular mass of gum was an increase-stable trend.The lowest of which was 1.04 × 104 in June, and then gradually stabilized after that, and the highest was 1.21 × 104 in August.But relative molecular mass of gum was increased from June to August and then decreased.The lowest of which was 5.37 × 104 in June, and the highest was 10.11× 104 in August.And the higher relative molecular mass distribution was as the same as the wave development trend with month changing.The lowest of the distribution value was 1.41 in June, and the highest was 1.53 in July.But the lower relative molecular mass distribution was more and more dispersing with month changing.The lowest of the distribution value was 1.28 in June, and the highest was 1.46 in October.And the trend of relative molecular mass distribution was similar to the higher relative molecular mass, which was like wave development trend.The lowest of the distribution value was 3.40 in June, and the highest was 6.84 in August.%为给杜仲胶的综合开发利用提供一定的理论基础,利用凝胶渗透色谱法,研究了叶林种植模式下,杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量与相对分子质量的变化规律.结果表明,6~10月,叶中杜仲胶含量随月份的增长总体上呈递增趋势,6月份最低,为2.71%,10月份最高,达到3.95%.其相对高分子质量随着月份增长总体上呈增大趋势,6月份最小,为8.65×10~4,10月份最大,为27.88×10~4.而其相对低分子质量随着月份的增长呈"增大-稳定"的发展趋势,6月份最小,为1.04×10~4,7月份之后逐渐稳定,8月份最大,为1.21×10~4.其相对平均分子质量总体上随月份增长呈"峰型"发展趋势,6月份最小,为5.37×10~4,8月份达到最大值10.11×10~4.杜仲叶胶相对高分子质量分布从6月到10月总体上随着月份增长呈"波浪式"态势,其高分子质量分布值6月份最小,为1.41,7月份最大,为1.53.而相对低分子质量分布总体上随着月份的增长越来越分散,其高分子质量分布值6月份最小,为1.28,10月份最大,为1.46.其相对平均分子质量分布总体上与平均高分子质量分布相似,呈"波浪式"发展趋势,其分布值6月份最小,为3.40,8月份最大,为6.84.
