有机肥对茄子产量和品质的影响研究

             

摘要

In order to solve the problem of the application amount of organic fertilizer in eggplant reasonably, a study of field experiment was conducted in the suburb of Hangzhou, Zhejiang in the year 2012, for investigating the application of different levels of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of eggplant. The results showed that the best curve equations between the rate of organic fertilizer (ranged from 0 to 4.5 t/hm2) and Solanun melongena yield, solidity, protein and rutin were the cubic (P=0.002<0.01), linear (P=0.048<0.05), cubic (P=0.007<0.01) and quadratic (P=0.002<0.01) curve equation, respectively. For example, the yield was the best at the organic fertilizer application rate of 2.0 t/hm2, and then declined; the solidity significantly decreased as organic fertilizer consumption increased;the protein content and rutin content were the best at the organic fertilizer application rate of 3.5 t/hm2 and 3.0 t/hm2, respectively, and then dropped significantly. Accordingly, while growing Solanun melongena in similar soil property regions, right amount of organic fertilizers (2.0-3.0 t/hm2) can improve the yield and quality of Solanun melongena.%为解决茄子的有机肥合理施用量问题,根据2012年在浙江杭州市郊进行的施用不同水平有机肥的田间试验,研究有机肥对茄子产量和品质的影响,结果表明:在有机肥施用量0~4.5 t/hm2范围内,有机肥施用量与茄子产量、硬度、蛋白质和芦丁之间最佳曲线方程分别是三次曲线方程(P=0.002<0.01)、线性方程(P=0.048<0.05)、三次曲线方程(P=0.007<0.01)和二次曲线方程(P=0.002<0.01),即在有机肥用量2.0 t/hm2时产量达最高值,然后产量有所下降;茄果硬度随有机肥用量增加而显著减小;茄果蛋白质含量和芦丁含量在有机肥用量3.5、3.0 t/hm2时蛋白质和芦丁含量达最高值,随后又显著下降.据此,在类似土壤性质地区种植茄子时,适量施用有机肥(2.0~3.0 t/hm2)可提高茄子产量、改善茄子品质.
