疏解棉秆的热风干燥特性及其数学模型

         

摘要

棉秆重组材具有与木质人造板相媲美的优异性能,是棉秆资源利用的新途径。为此,对棉秆重组材生产的重要前处理工序-干燥工艺及疏解棉秆的热风干燥特性进行了研究,可为棉秆重组材的干燥工艺参数的选择和干燥设备的设计提供依据。利用数字型洞道干燥试验装置进行了单因素试验和正交试验,探讨不同热风温度、风速、疏解棉秆的初始干基含水率以及铺装质量对干燥速率的影响,得到改良的Page 模型,可以描述疏解棉秆的热风干燥曲线,并分析了模型常数与各因素的关系。%Cotton stalk scrimber has comparable properties with wood-based composites and its fabrication is a new effec-tive way to utilize the cotton stalk resources .Cotton stalk drying is an very important pretreatment process for cotton stalk scrimber manufacture , and this study investigated the effects of hot-air drying parameters including temperature , wind speed , initial moisture content based on dry weight and forming load on drying rate of crushed cotton stalks in order to obtain data for optimizing drying process and designing drying device .Single factor and orthogonal experiments were im-plored on a digital experimental platform with a cavity inside .The results show that modified Page model fit the drying behaviors very well .Besides , the relationship between model factors and the above four experimental factors was analyzed and established .
