组培苗热封包装机加热装置运动机构的设计

         

摘要

针对传统的组培苗包装产品在运输过程中易受污染而影响其成活率的问题,利用聚乙烯复合膜局部受高温可实现热封合的原理,设计了一种热封包装装置。主要介绍了热封包装机的工作原理、组成与导向结构的设计。为避免其在工作中出现运行不稳定等问题,进行了一些相关的力学计算,从而为相关执行装置的选型提供理论依据。结果表明:选用一种容许力矩高于理论数值的导向装置(直线滑轨),能使机构在运行时更加流畅与稳定,减小震动;利用弹簧作为加热装置的施力元件,可使结构更加简单清晰,节约成本,方便控制。%The traditional tissue culture seedling packaging products in the transport process is easy to be polluted and its impact on the survival rate of the problem , using polyethylene composite film by high temperature can realize the princi-ple of heat sealing , and put forward a heat sealing packing device .This paper mainly introduces the design principle , heat sealing packaging machine and guide structure .Calculation of some related mechanics in order to avoid the appearance in the work of the unstable operation problem , thus providing a theoretical basis for the selection of relevant executive device .The results show that choosing a permissible torque than theoretical value guide device ( linear slide ) , can make the body more fluent in the operation and stability , reducing vibration;using spring as a force application ele-ment of a heating device , can make the structure more simple and clear , cost saving , convenient control .
