目前,我国对于高校教师绩效考核制度的研究多集中在对教师工作满意度、薪酬管理、激励机制等方面,还没有对制度本身的满意度进行研究。本文从高校教师对绩效考核制度本身的满意度视角出发,使用定量评价方法(模糊综合评价法)研究绩效考核制度指标设置所存在的问题,通过问卷调查,并结合实际和相关理论提出完善高校绩效考核制度的对策和建议,以促进我国高校教师绩效考核机制的构建。%At present ,research on performance appraisal system of teachers in colleges and universities in China are more concentrated on the aspects of teachers ’ job satisfaction ,compensation management ,incentive mechanism and so on ,there is no research on satisfaction with the system itself .This article is from the college teachers of the performance appraisal system satisfaction perspective ,using quantitative evaluation methods (fuzzy synthetic evaluation method ) to study the problems with indicators of performance appraisal system settings .Through the questionnaire surveys ,combined with the reality and related theory put forward the coun-termeasures and suggestions of perfecting college performance appraisal system ,and promote better building performance evaluation mechanism of college teachers in China .
