采用溶剂热法合成了ZnS和ZnSe纳米片.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、BET等测式手段对产品的结构进行了表征.并对ZnS和ZnSe纳米片在紫外灯下光催化降解罗丹B的活性进行研究,结果表明,ZnSe展现了较好的光催化活性.%ZnS and ZnSe nanosheets were successfully synthesized via solvothermal method.The structures of the as-prepared samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET).In addition,photocatalytic activities of the degradation of Rhodamin under visiblelight using ZnS and ZnSe nanosheets as catalysts were investigated. The results showed that ZnSe nanosheets have a superior photocatalytic activity over ZnS nanosheets.
