目的：评价联合应用富马酸比索洛尔和盐酸贝那普利治疗心力衰竭(心衰)的疗效.方法：将慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组43例与对照组43例；对照组常规抗心衰治疗：低盐饮食,注意休息,适当进行有氧运动,应用利尿剂、地高辛、硝酸酯类药物.治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用富马酸比索洛尔和福辛普利.结果：治疗组9例显效,27例有效,4例无效；对照组5例显效,20例有效,18例无效.服药前和服药后3个月分别做超声心动图,作为心功能的评估参考.两组治疗后比较,LVEDD、LVEF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显改善.结论：联合应用富马酸比索洛尔和盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心衰将会得到显著的效果.%Objective To evaluate the effect of using the combination of bisoprolol fumarate and benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of cardiac failure.Methods Patients with chronic cardiac failure were randomly divided into a treatment group of 43 cases and a control group of 43 cases;The control group underwent conventional therapy:low-salt diet,good rest,proper aerobic exercise,the use of such drugs as diuretics,digoxin,and nitrates etc,and for the treatment group,on the basis of the above treatment,they were given bisoprolol fumarate and fosinopril.Results In the treatment group,9 cases were highly efficacious,27 cases were efficacious and 4 cases were ineffective;five cases of the control group were highly efficacious,20 cases were efficacious and 18 cases were ineffective.Echocardiography was conducted before and after taking the medication for three months respectively as the assessment reference of cardiac function.Comparing the two groups after treatment,LVEDD and LVEF differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and treatment group got improved significantly.Conclusion The combination of bisoprolol fumarate and benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure will have significant effects.
