应用血管回声跟踪技术评价乙醇对血管内皮功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective Application of Vascular Echo Tracking Technology(E - tracking)drinkers detected by the arterial endothelial function,to evaluate the alcohol on the effects of vascular endothelial function. Method 75 cases of healthy persons(control group)and 127 cases of drinking history were selected,age between 35 ~ 50 years of age,drinking alcohol in accordance with different(small,medium, large number of)and drinking age(Ⅰ group ﹤ 5 years;Ⅱ group 5 ~ 12 years;Ⅲ group 13 ~ 20 years;Ⅳ group ﹥ 20 years)group;the application of E - tracking technology to track real - time polygraph subjects with bilateral carotid artery wall trajectory,calculation and a-nalysis internal systolic diameter of blood vessels to draw(Ds),internal diastolic diameter(Dd),stiffness parameter(β),elasticity modu-lus(Eρ),arterial compliance(AC),augmentation index(AI),one - point pulse wave velocity calculated from β value(PWVβ)and the parameters from each group were analyzed statistically. Results With the number of years of alcohol consumption and an increase in alcohol consumption,β,Ep,AI and PWVβ parameter values gradually increased,AC values decreased;A small number of group and control group, AlcoholⅠgroup and the control group to compare the value of the parameters measured no significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05),Compared the other groups with statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05);Left and right carotid artery parameters showed no significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05) . Conclusion E - Tracking allows fast,non - invasive,accurate assessment of endothelial function in non - drinker to change,with the num-ber of years of alcohol consumption and an increase in alcohol consumption,vascular endothelial function,there have been a downward trend.%目的:应用血管回声跟踪(E - tracking)技术检测饮酒者的动脉血管内皮功能,以评价乙醇对血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取健康体检者75例(对照组)及饮酒史者127例,饮酒者按不同饮酒量(少量,中等,大量)及饮酒年限(Ⅰ组﹤5年;Ⅱ组5~12年;Ⅲ组13~20年;Ⅳ组﹥20年)进行分组,年龄35~50岁之间;应用 E - tracking 技术实时跟踪描记受检者双侧颈总动脉管壁运动轨迹,计算分析得出血管收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、硬化参数(β)、弹性系数(Eρ)、血管顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),并将各组所得参数进行统计学分析。结果:随着饮酒量增多及饮酒年限的增加,β、Ep、AI及 PWVβ参数值逐渐增高,AC 值逐渐降低;除少量组与对照组以及饮酒Ⅰ组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05)外,其余各组组间两两比较具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);观察各组左、右侧颈动脉参数间比较无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05)。结论:E - Tracking 技术能够快捷、无创、准确评价饮酒者血管内皮功能的改变及随着饮酒量和饮酒年限的增加,血管内皮功能有逐渐减低的趋势。
