住院医师对临床带教老师带教情况评价的分析

             

摘要

目的:探讨住院医师对带教老师的整体满意度及带教现状的总体情况,为提高临床带教能力提出具有针对性的建议。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对吉林省某三甲医院在培的全体201名社会委培住院医师进行问卷调查,在参考有效临床带教老师评分表的基础上,自编带教老师评价表对现阶段临床带教老师的带教情况量表。结果:带教态度、带教内容、教学方法和教学效果与性别呈显著负相关,与学历呈显著正相关;女生和硕士研究生对临床带教老师的各项评价均显著高于男生和本科生。结论:通过对住院医师的调查发现临床带教老师的带教现状仍有待提升,应着重培养带教意识、丰富带教内容、改善教学方法并注重教学效果。%Objective To investigate the teachers′overall satisfaction and teaching situation by resident doctor,to elevate the ability of clinical teaching and make targeted recommendations.Method All social 201 resident doctors who was not graduation were carried out the survey which was adopted by cluster sampling method in Jilin Province,in reference to the effective score scale on clinical teachers,self - evaluation form with teachers on stage clinical teachers in teaching situations scale.Results Teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods and the effect of teaching was significantly negatively correla-ted with gender,and had a significant positive correlation with the degree of education;the evaluation of female students and post-graduate students′ assessment on clinical teachers were significantly higher than that of male and undergraduate students.Conclusion Through the investigation of the resident doctors in our province,the present situation of the teaching of clin-ical teachers still needs to be improved,we should focus on cultivating the sense of teaching,enriching the teaching content,impro-ving the teaching methods and paying attentio n to the teaching effect.
