松针粉中胡萝卜素含量测定法的研究

摘要

The effects of extracted time,filtration,paper chromatography on the detennination of Carotene have been studied and gained the optimal conditions. Testing the accuracy is 3％; Rate of recovery is 98.15％.This method is rapid simple and accurate which can be used to the determination of carotene in pine needle powder with satisfactory result.%本文对松针粉胡萝卜素的测定法中浸提时间、过滤、点样等步骤进行研究，根据测定的结果取得了最佳值，并进行了重复试验和回收率的测定，方法简便可靠，具有实用价值。
