基于Logistic模型的高职毕业生就业影响因素实证分析

摘要

After employment investigation of higher vocational graduates in 2010-2012, this pa-per builds sample data and carries out empirical analysis on influencing factors of higher vocation-al graduates' employment using Logistic regression model. Meanwhile, it puts forward related suggestions on promoting higher vocational graduates' employment combing analysis results.%对部分高职院校20102012届毕业生进行就业调查，建立样本数据，采用Logistic回归模型对高职毕业生就业的影响因素进行了实证分析，并结合分析结果就如何促进高职毕业生就业提出了有关建议．
